Welcome

West Hawaii Community College Culinary Arts Breakfast & Luncheon Program.
This site is designed as a community service to our breakfast and luncheon patrons.

Our first and second year students apply learning objectives as they prepare public Breakfasts on Tuesdays, and Luncheons on Wednesdays and Fridays. We hope you will join us for this unique outdoor dining experience where the students plan and create short order breakfast items and serve 4 to 5 course themed luncheons using fresh local ingredients.
